As part of our commitment to quality…
On March 8, 9, and 10 2021 Pivot Point was virtually visited by a new team of Accreditation Surveyors from CARF International. This team of FIVE spent 3 days reviewing every aspect of Pivot Point’s business and service operations and found that we conform to their 3000 quality standards!  We are happy to announce that we have received our third THREE YEAR ACCREDITATION!  If you would like to learn more about this process, please contact our Head Office at 604.531.4544 or toll-free at 1.866.531.4544.

We look forward to our next CARF Survey in Spring 2024!

What is CARF?

CARF is an independent, nonprofit organization that accredits several types of specialized services, including aging services, behavioral health, child and youth services, employment and community services, and medical rehabilitation for persons of all ages.

What is Accreditation?

When a program is CARF-accredited, it means the organization has passed an in-depth review and meets rigorous CARF guidelines for service and quality.  Successful accreditation is a qualified endorsement that the organization conforms to internationally recognized service standards and that it is focused on delivering the most favorable results for persons it serves.

Pivot Point believes in the Accreditation process because it helps the organization to be the best we can be…. and THIS means wonderful things can happen for our clients, staff, and community partners!
