The following form will give us just enough information for our Counsellor in your area to contact you to help you learn more about Pivot Point. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of Pivot Point.

In that call, we will briefly explore your needs, try to answer your questions, and help you determine if Pivot Point is right for you and your family. If it is, you can schedule your first session during that call, or you can come back to this site later to schedule a time that works well for you and your Counsellor.
